Webinar – What happens when the worlds decide to stop? What are some good ways to cope?

June 2, 2020 @ 09:00 - 10:00

Topic: What happens when the worlds decide to stop? What are some good ways to cope?

My first reaction to Covid-19 was that of a small shock. One by one I started receiving calls and emails about cancelled gigs. I am a speaker so in the span of a couple of days, I lost every single speaker gig indefinitely.

The weekend following those cancellations went deep on me. Had some bad sleep and started figuring out how to deal with it.
I decided to start building long term projects. My thought was to build lasting value in the meantime, instead of trying to scatter my attention across different projects. I restrained myself and put on unprecedented discipline. During Covid-19 I have managed to write half a book, build a new business approach to coaching and decrease my stress levels significantly.
Covid-19 became the saviour I needed. Sometimes what we want, and what we need are very different things.

Special thank you go to Tomi Kaukinen who was brave enough to share his story with us today morning. Few takeaways:
    1. The ability to focus for a long time using the Pomodoro technique.
    2. How to cope with ourselves when feeling fear of our own potential.
    3. I loved the part when Tomi mentions to have self-appreciation, say to yourself once you achieved a goal: “Hey gorgeous; you did it!”
So, stay tuned! We are posting the upcoming session shortly on 12 June, but you can already register for 16 June!
