BRT Helsinki 18.8.2017 – Lean management and continuous process on waste reduction

August 18 @ 08:15 - 10:00

How do you measure your projects and know if it was successful or not? Do you think that your projects take too much time?

During this 18th Aug morning we have a short introduction what Lean Management is (and what it is not) and how it can be utilized in Project Management. Lean, a.k.a. Continuous Improvement, is a management system which is usually poorly understood and interpreted as a set of tools. By utilizing continuous waste reduction, rapid improvement methods and visual management you’re able to follow, measure and improve your project-related processes and involve people that are working with those processes.

Our guest speaker is Tomi Järvinen, Management Consultant & Six Sigma Black Belt at Business Excellence Finland.
Tomi helps organizations to remove business constraints by improving the whole Value Stream capability and by deploying Continuous Improvement and Visual Management procedures.
